Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging
Customized or personalized jewelryis only eligible for a refund if it is damaged or incorrect.
Returns are accepted even in cases where the customer simply changes their mind.

Non-returnable Items

The only exception to our return policy is customized jewelry, which is non-returnable unless it is damaged or incorrect.
