Welcome to Terrachem Minerals (“Company”, “we”, “bur”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you (“you”, “customer”, “user”) and Terrachem Minerals, governing your use of our services, including access to our website and social media platforms, purchase of products, and any form of communication or transaction conducted through the U.S.
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access our services or use our platform.
These Terms are framed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and relevant e-commerce laws as per Indian jurisdiction.
Terrachem Minerals is engaged in the design, manufacture, and sale of Natural gemstones and crystal products (spheres, cobbles, raw stones, etc.) Ready-to-wear gemstone jewelry, custom-made jewelry designed upon customer requests, and pre-orders for limited edition or upcoming pieces. We accept the following modes of payment: UPI (Unified Payments Interface), Bank Transfers (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), Credit and Debit Cards (domestic & international) Secure payment gateways such as PayPal for international customers. For custom orders, a partial advance payment is required to begin production. The remaining balance must be cleared upon completion of the piece before dispatch.
We provide both domestic and international shipping. Domestic Orders (India): Shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on your geographic location. International Orders: Delivery may take up to 30 days, depending on customs clearance and courier timelines. All delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to third-party logistics.
We understand change—sometimes plans change—and we’re here to help. Order cancellations are accepted only if the item has not yet been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a refund once the product is delivered, as per our Return & Refund Policy. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via Instagram DM (@terrachem) or email support@terrachemminerals.com. If your order is eligible for cancellation, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or another preferred method.

Applicable for damaged, incorrect, or change-of-mind orders. Refunds are processed via the original payment method or direct bank transfer. Store credit or product exchange is available based on customer preference. Terrachem Minerals will bear the cost of return shipping in all eligible cases. Refunds are issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned product. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
We guarantee the authenticity and natural origin of all gemstones used.
Plating Warranty: All jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty on metal plating. Customers may return items for free replating if fading or wear occurs, following the prescribed process. All products are eligible for a refund if they arrive broken, defective, or incorrect. We assure a suitable solution—be it refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on customer preference. Please note: minor color or shape variations are inherent to natural gemstones and do not qualify as defects.
Custom-designed jewelry follows these terms: Requires a partial upfront payment to begin. The remaining balance is to be paid at completion. Custom pieces are still returnable if found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. All design and timeline details will be communicated before production.
By using our website or social media, you agree not to use our content for unlawful, misleading, or commercial purposes without consent. Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our designs, photos, or written material. Introduce harmful software, spam, or malicious code. All content, logos, and imagery are processed under the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trademarks Act, 1999.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurísdiccion of the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
