What materials do you use in your jewelry?
All our pieces are crafted using natural gemstones and can be set in a variety of metals including rhodium-plated silver. Each gemstone is handpicked to ensure beauty, energy, and authenticity.
How do I care for my crystal jewelry?
Keep your jewelry away from chemicals, water, and perfumes. Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing. Store it in a dry, cool place—preferably in the original packaging.
Are your gemstones real?
Yes. We use natural gemstones unless otherwise mentioned. We also share tips on how to identify real crystals in our Crystal Wisdom page.
Do you offer custom jewelry?

Can I place an international order?
Currently, we ship within India. For international shipping queries, feel free to contact us directly at support@terrachemminerals.com or send us a direct message on Instagram at @terrachem_. We're happy to assist you!
What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer returns on all non-personalized orders. However, customized pieces are not eligible for returns. If a personalized item arrives damaged or broken, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Ready pieces ship in 3–15 business days. Custom pieces may take 20-30 business days depending on the design and gemstone availability.
Do crystals actually hold energy?
As an Indian brand, we respect ancient beliefs and cultural practices, many of which are supported by scientific and historical studies. While we keep the spiritual aspect subtle, we believe in the energy and beauty crystals hold.
Where do your gemstones come from?
We source our gemstones from trusted vendors across the globe, including Africa, Brazil, and India. Every stone is carefully selected for its quality, natural origin, and energy. We never use synthetic substitutes unless clearly mentioned.
Are your pieces ready-made or made-to-order?
Both! We offer a limited collection of ready-made pieces, and also specialize in made-to-order designs through our Craft Your Own service. Each piece—ready or custom—is created with care and individual attention.
Can I request a specific gemstone or metal?
Absolutely. If you have a specific gemstone, cut, or metal in mind, let us know. We’ll check availability and guide you through the possibilities for customizing your piece.
Do you offer packaging suitable for gifting?
Yes. Every piece comes in our signature Terrachem box, crafted to reflect the elegance and energy of what’s inside. If you’d like to include a personal message, just mention it while ordering.

How do I place a custom order with you?
Just head over to our Craft Your Own page and fill out the short form. Once we receive your idea, we’ll get in touch to discuss details, timelines, and guide you through the entire design journey step-by-step.
What if I’m not sure how my custom piece will look?
We create a detailed CAD (computer-aided design) model for all custom orders before production begins. This lets you preview the design, suggest changes, and approve the final form before we bring it to life.
Can I preview your collection before buying?
